- Byl hlavním vyšetřovatelem (PI) pro projekt Results Framework Project financovaný NSF (2008-2011) a organizoval Information Seeking Support System Workshop a pomocí NSF v červnu 2008.
PI pro společný projekt financovaný pomocí National Cancer Institute, který vyvíjel pokyny použitelnosti pro osobní zdravotní záznamy (PHRs) a také PI pro NSF projekt který vyšetřoval účinnost Second Life for preserving ephemeral information.
