Dr. Francis Louis Miksa (24. záři 1939 v Auroře, Illinois, USA - 20. března 2019 v Mississippi, USA) byl významný americkým profesorem, autorem a výzkumníkem. Vystudoval knihovnictví na University of Chicago Graduate Library School, z níž v roce 1974 graduoval s titulem Ph.D. Předtím také vystudoval teologii na Bethel Theological Seminary, St. Paul, MN, kterou graduoval v roce 1965 s titulem D.B. Byl synem Francise L. Miksy, Sr. a Francesky Theresy Borowicz Miksové. Oba jeho rodiče se narodili v Polsku. Francis L. Miksa zemřel 20. březa 2019 ve věku 80 let.
